Debian Taco is Debian built and published entirely from a GitLab pipeline.
Everything is built from source unless we have failed to build something, or something has not yet been built. In this case, Debian Taco falls back and uses the official Debian binaries instead. This allows an incremental roll-out of our build artifacts, without requiring that everything has to be rebuilt instantly.
The Debian Taco Archive is generated by the taco-archive project.
